Can any one suggest how to optimize the settings of nvidia drivers or letting default settings stay is the way to go?.

Well, after the installed, when my PC restarted, I got a BSoD and had to go to Safe Mode, to fix it (have no System Restore, so had to reinstall the driver) and now I got it working, :) Idk what happened, maybe the Gamebooster's Gaming Mode had something to do with it (I had it turned on)...

GeForce Driver for the 500 Series updated to 267.85

This driver adds support for the new GeForce GTX 590 dual-GPU graphics card, including support for Quad SLI when paired with a second GeForce GTX 590 card.
