Netsupport, school edition - How to disable?

Basically, its a montioring program that the teachers use to check out wtf you're doing, and, if need be, they can shut it off. usually, i wouldnt' have a problem with this, if the teacher was half decent, but the professor is a boring ass 90 year old man thats been repeating the SAME thing for the past 3-4 weeks.

I need to somehow disable it (cant use task manager, ending processes are not allowed), but the weird thing is, i have admin rights. I can install programs and what not.

Any ideas?

Software and systems like this one are setup so they cannot be disabled.

Actually, i ended up installing process hacker (task manager doesn't allow terminating services), and terminated client32.dll

simple :)
