EDIT: The changelog hasn't been updated yet... Any idea, what the changes are?

The free version isn't 5.1 yet. Its still 5.0.677. I'm sure if the pro version is 5.1 that the free one can't be far behind.

This is peculiar. The installer is signed 03.12.2010 and says version 5.1.677 but after install it's still at 5.0.677. Tested with the Free version.

Edit: I noted that it came bundled with Google Chrome. Maybe that is what this "update" is about?

Nothing on avast forum either. Maybe coming out soon though.

I had the Pro version installed also - same thing version 5.0.677 and when browsing the install folder most files are "old" ones. Closing this news thread and reverts the listing to the previous version 5.0.677 ...
