shought Posted December 2, 2010 Share Posted December 2, 2010 Agreed, there's never a black and white distinction, more shades of gray, but I think that most people would agree when I say that InfoWars is closer to the biased side than the un-biased side, whereas most media are exactly the opposite (not considering North Korean or Chinese media :P). HX1 Posted December 2, 2010 Share Posted December 2, 2010 You know I have always been about knowing the 'KNOW' right.. just as much as anyone else.. and thinking for myself.. regardless of what is being fed or streamed to you.. I mean its a part of the human existence to think on their own..I see this element though exploited.. on many sides.. some for whatever it is they do.. because honestly if nobody is listening.. what is there for you to do.. But you also see a side effect.. of streaming constant barrages of hyped news, murders, and crime... it becomes unlivable and keeps people in a miserable state and unable to make positive decisions that would ever allow them to pull out of a sinkhole... A crazy man can lead as many lemmings over the edge as he can... The gullible and people who haven't been yet experienced in many matters fall prey as much to these sorts of things.. as much as they fall victim to the others.. People should be presented with facts that are not bent in one direction or the other, full story.. all inclusive.. and they should make their own decisions..I mean don't get me wrong... really.. some of the things companies are doing.. may have a good side but also.. they can be unwanted.. especially when you don't know.. and for some reason its going on behind your back.. and you have no idea.. it seems sneaky and then you find out what it is.. and regardless of the answer it just isn't what you really want.. even in the field of open research.. But this information needs to be taken in its correct light regardless.. TRULY unbiased and for what it truly is..I think in a way .. blocking him is not really the best course of action.. BUT... I think that things of this nature should be 'Destination Oriented'... meaning ... Its classification... He has a right to do what he does.. when or whatever happens in the end or if there is one.. is one thing.. But t some degree these things become terroristic to waking up in the morning.. you have to be careful of what perspective is forming silently within you... and even though it may feel right.. you have to see other things it effects...He has a right to speak his mind, express himself and his ideals... that should not be blocked.. if it becomes quite a FACT.. and observable effect which is negative... impact should be minimized... ESPECIALLY when you present ideals, philosophy, interjection, and assumption as factual information.. That is not journalism.. as is a dis-service to everyone...We all take it from people good and bad all day long... no matter how bad things get.. and we have to stop stagnating like crazy people.. and do better... Many try to do this.. and others.. take advantage.. Some believe that most people are unaware.. or unenlightened enough in our society that they will grab a hold of anything... and believe it with the very epicenter of their soul.. People who take advantage to this point should not be broadcast or paid attention to.. no matter how sensible it may seem.. Maybe all parties involved should walk away with a point of improvement from all angles.. concerning it.. either way.. :dunno:You have to be careful what shoes you start to fill... ( else be held responsible for them ) and we all seem to have to journey down one path or the next to know who we are, where we stand.. what we are looking for.. and most importantly why.... Nothing should be able to control that... Or it really is nothing but some half-ass thing.. that will inevitably relapse until we see it all and know ) All I know is I exist .. supposedly... right in the middle of Heaven and Hell... and I am only something people consider.. God and Satan both would throw me back... Maybe somehow this has something to do with my humanity and how I see things.. but I find no position to be the best.. nothing to nobody or their 'wars'.. I own myself... If I arrive there it will be one my own.. if I fail .. it will be on my own... Being driven.. trying for something more I believe we can cross lines.. once exploited.. become everyday.. where you have what you never wanted to begin with...
