<img src="/images/logos/MBAM.png" class="logo" alt="Malwarebytes" title="Malwarebytes" />Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is considered to be the next step in the detection and removal of malware. In our product we have compiled a number of new technologies that are designed to quickly detect, destroy, and prevent malware. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware can detect and remove malware that even the most well known anti-virus and anti-malware applications fail to detect. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware monitors every process and stops malicious processes before they even start. The Realtime Protection Module uses our advanced heuristic scanning technology which monitors your system to keep it safe and secure. In addition, we have implemented a threats center which will allow you to keep up to date with the latest malware threats.

Yup, it also uses lots of ram!

Could use a security suite instead of this as realtime protection :)

It is and stays only for scanning...

The realtime scanning on this has and continues to be a CPU intensive joke. I really wish Iobit Security 360 had kept stealing their malware definitions. Malwarebyte's has an excellent detection rate and I would suggest they steal Iobit's scanning engine and put it to use. I mean what harm could come from stealing from the company who stole from you? I would drop my antivirus suite in a heart beat to use it!

It can be used jointly with SuperAntiSpyware-with enabled rel time protection, and inactive Malwarebytes Anti-Malware just for scanning purpose

why wait for the scan to finish when i can rollback to a previous, better state? B)

Hi guys, i am running a fresh installed version of windows 7 ult 32bit and when i had the final version of malwarebytes 1.46 installed and did a full scan it does not detect no trojan, but after updating to the 1.50 beta version and doing a full scan i come across this c:\Windows\CSC\v2.0.6\sm (Trojan.Goldun) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully. Anyone else come across this file as well after a full scan of the C drive? I am unable to go into the folder and check it's contents cause of some restrictions. Is this a false positive on malwarebytes part? If anyone who has similiar specs and can scan there system please let me know the results. TIA.
