It should work....but reinstalling or inserting the serial, manually, with dash or without, doesn't work and still the error comes up!

I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to help. The serial works, and I don't know what the problem is over @ your end.

did you do a fresh install using your uninstaller in super mode with average match level to uninstall it or total uninstall 5.7.0?

used your uninstaller in super mode,rebooted,reinstalled but still no change I'm afraid...

don't know what else to do....some issue with me using x64 OS perhaps?

should mention i installed it only on 2 other windows 7 x64 systems worked right off the bat without, re-entering at run time

Never mind uninstalled thorugh programs and features and reinstalled it.

figured out that when i paste the key i also posted the . at the end of the serial for example (...AJEORND65.) the red dot signifes the mistake at the point even if go to menu and enter the code with out dashes it never registers but yet at inital install it did not complain of hte period this might be the problem the other guys are having

=\ Too bad... i just installed it with the serial and updated... it's still working... try unninstalling it on super mode with Your Uninstaller! and reinstalling it informing the serial during the installation.

Uninstall DG in super mode with Your Uninstaller

Download trial reset http://www.nsanedown.com/?request=6573996

Scan for AsProtect....one entry should come up.

Delete it.

Install DG again, and try the serial then

then you have 5 more apps with asprotect than me :lol:

if you notice an app that asks you to re-enter your user and serial, other than driver genius is because its key got deleted :P

just redl the keygen and register it again.

Marik's guide using TR to remove the ASprotect worked a treat on my other system however im getting the following error "component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid" hence I can't install TR and am unable to remove the porotection on Driver Genius! any idea's anyone??? cheers in advance :)

TR found this entry of AsProtect....I'm guessing it's my drivergenius, since I still have it installed

try manually removing this key...make a backup of it just in case
