I believe it's buggy, when I read the Kasp. forum.

The Marketing TEAM is faster than the Developing team.....

I hope this solves a few very annoying issues I had with previous versions of 2011, especially high CPU usage spikes. To play Mass Effect II and Darksiders, I had to pause the whole KIS! They said on the Beta forums that this is solved in CF2. I hope it is, or this is the very last license I buy from Kaspersky and will find another solution.

KIS CF2 works good so far! CPU is as low as it gets and no more re-scanning some apps to hell and back. Everything looking clean and smooth. I can't believe I put up with the terror the previous KIS inflicted on my system... and I'm not exaggerating at all, Trusted apps were added again and again, iChecker and iSwift did not remember files that were already scanned, launching big apps like After Effects was taking forever... Gaming profile did not work and KIS scanned the hell out of my system during games... I can go on and on. It all seems fixed now. 

Ehsan, Darksiders was a fine game, not excellent, but much, much better than most. Interesting story. Could have used more RPG, less action though - but that's just me. Runs very smooth at 1080p maxed out on a modest setup (Core2Duo 3GHz, 4GB RAM, HD 4850 512 RAM). If you're not the FPS type and love story telling, puzzles and RPG this could be a nice game to play.

This version is really buggy, I installed this version and found no update source. After that uninstalled completely and once again reactivated the code and finally got the update source. Now the error is it is updating and reporting not all components were updated. Hell I didn't met such a buggy version. Please stop downloading and wait for some other stable release.

I installed it successfully on .400, restart and updated and all is fine up to now;

(KasperskyKeyExploit v0.53 works!)

Did you uninstall the previous version completely or install on the previous version? No one is having problems like the one you mentioned.

This version seems to be working smoothly and error free, which leads me to believe you have a problem in your PC!

This version seems to be working smoothly and error free, which leads me to believe you have a problem in your PC!

I already had 2011 older version and installed on the previous version and fell into problem. But now its fine.

Exactly the same comportment on my PC with 11.0.1.400 build

Very high CPU load when updates, freeze the mouse sometimes, slow internet connection and so on....

Tested with 11.0.2.556 since yersteday, it's seems to be good now !

CF2 forgets user Firewall rules after system reboot. Found out the hard way when Alcohol went online to check the serial, after I blocked it :) A CF2 (a) patch should be out soon(ish).

cf2 has been removed from kaspersky server and from product update page

I wonder why :think: Personally the only problem I had was when I tried to update, the transition was not that smooth. For instance when trying to update upon the previous version....I had to remove the previous one and make a clean install after cleaning registry.....We'd better check in their forums to see what is going on.

Perhaps they merely realised we were downloading from there???
