Scan n Go apps

I was searching around the web, and came across a little app called "multi scan av", which basically loads up 6, or 7 scanners, scans your computers, and automatically removes the viruses and what not.

Now this app is pretty old, and I haven't seen any updates on it, so, i decided to to download it. But, my question is, does anyone know of any tools that do this?

Load up a few scanners, and scan away while removing it? Minimal user interaction?

Hitman Pro does this. trial scanner/removal for a month then just a scanner.
