General Lee
Hi. Do you guys know if there's some sort of reg file or program that might have this feature?: Right-click any shortcut on the desktop or start menu and see an option to directly take you to the program's location/directory.EDIT: Thought I'd add this here, as well. Also, is there something similar available to know the size of the current folders (all of them) in the recycle bin? Because when you select folders in the recycle bin, you don't see their combined size.
KotaXor
I thought Windows 7 have this feature? Right click on desktop's shortcut and in context menu, there is an item "Open file location".
HX1
It will do this for folders.. and CFI Shell Toys has some great features like the ones your speaking of... Folder Size.. Contents.. be worth trial installation to you anyway to check it out..I think it would be worth checking out..Really cool programs is called Disk Space Fan.. BUT it doesn't have the drop downs.. and information usually on context but you can analyze and scan folders and directories from Context Menu..Also there is one called KOApproach... which is cool.. hold down the click or w/e and you get fly out drop downs that can be navigated with plugins for images and files as well..EDIT: not for sure about the recycle bin thing ...
