jalaffa
DVDFab is all-in-one DVD copying/converting/burning software. In just one or two steps, you can copy any DVD to DVDR/PSP/iPod/etc. DVDFab is brand new, is completely rewritten, is based on more than 6 years of DVD copy software development. It allows you to remove all DVD copy protections, like CSS, CPPM, RC, RCE, APS, UOPs, ARccOS, RipGuard, FluxDVD, CORE X2, etc. It is constantly updated to support latest DVD copy protections and has a very fast copying speed, normally it's about 10 - 20 minutes.Download

isepiq
DVD Copy 8.0.0.5 aka DVD to DVDThis one only does DVD ripping. If you try to do a Blu-Ray, it puts a very faint in & out WATERMARK on the whole movie. If you check the DVDFab Forums, they tell you that the Blu_Ray stuff in DVD Copy (DVD Fab) is only a TRIAL proggy!!!Blu-ray Copy 8.0.0.5 aka Blu-ray to Blu-ray.This one is a separate purchase if you want to do Blu-Ray rips & copies etc. NO Watermark. So if you want to do DVD & Blu-Ray, you need them BOTH. Anyone got access to the Blu_Ray Copy??? I will be watching for it here.Thank you everyone.IMHOisepiq B)
jalaffa
It's the same installer for the free and commercial version. Had the listed patch updated (0.2 ->0.3). Somehow I think the Blu-ray issue is still there based on your report (for the latest final version). Unable to test it since I don't own a Blu-ray player
isepiq
Ok, I do not have a Blu-Ray player either. But I installed the UDF Reader 2.5 on my Windows Xp & can now download & access/view/play Blu-Ray files or mount & play Blu-Ray ISO's. I have taken the Blu-Ray file & used the current versions of DVDFab DVD copy here on Nsanedown, & it does put a watermark on the converted Blu-Ray file. (Convert to AVI etc.). So there must be some kind of difference somewhere??? If it says DVDFab or DVD Copy, then that is all it does with NO Watermark. Any Blu-Ray stuff puts the Watermark as of now. Hope this nfo is of some help, & you CAN download, view, watch, & convert Blu-Ray files on your hard drive no Blu-Ray Player needed. Also, I used ConvertXtoDVD to convert a Blu-Ray file to a DVD 5, & it worked great. The video & 5.1 surround audio, everything, worked fine. However, ConvertXtoDVD is no good for ripping a protected Blu-Ray file or disk. I will be watching for some news on Fengtao's Blu_Ray Ripper/Converter.IMHOisepiq B)
