Win XP SP3

I had NOD32 3 installed then it start to give a lot of "undocumented errors" then:

1) I have unistalled box, mara fix

2) Uninstalled NOD32 3

3) Installed NOD32 4.2.64.12

4) Installed box, mara fix

It was working fine but now I get the problem again: "Undocumented Serious Error (0x101a)"

Try clearing the update cache. Advanced Setup > Update > Clear Cache.

Can't understand where Windows 7 come in middle. It's a genuine problem that doesn't seem anywhere OS related.

Still, please relate me to a article that says XP or a older OS is the main reason of this problem.

ANW, please try clearing your Update Cache.

Have you checked your event logs for your system to see if there is any more informations related to the problem?

BTW guys I am .. backing DK up on this.. stay focused and on topic.. this isn't the Chat Bar..and the other programs have nothing to do with this.. and I would never trust such an application to fix this..

However I would recommend uninstalling everything.. clean the registry.. and you should also use the Safe Mode ESET Uninstaller... Make sure all folders relative to ESET should be deleted or removed... Then reinstall ESET 4.. and go from there..
