Just wondering, although there probably isn't much.

Is there any real benefit of using a paid-product for FTP purposes?

As I find Filezilla does a great job at it already, but was just wondering what this or other paid-products might offer that is more beneficial over Filezilla?

Many of the people I know of rate SmartFTP higher than any other, they actually buy it.

But for my needs, I only use FTP in once in a month sort of, so Firefox addon FireFTP is all that I need. ^_^

I see, cause I think the primary reason I don't use the Add-on is just not wanting to have too many add-on's installed.

So instead, I opted for Filezilla.

And in teh past I've tried both FlashFXP and SmartFTP without really noticing any difference of benefits, unless it's because I just don't use it to its full potential.
