HX1
Windows Registry never shrinks even when its data is removed. Over time, the bloated registry with lots of registry holes will slow down system boot speed and affect computer performance.Simply put.. and you should do a Disk Cleanup, Junk File Clean, Disk Defrag.. Registry Clean, .. THEN Last thing... you do is the reg defrag... and only if your looking at 2% or more..There is one for free here.. http://www.winaso.com ...EDIT: Essentially its like potholes in a smooth race track... The registry is linear in nature... hole means waiting on the data.. as it goes through several operations and extra time.. and even system logging when the error occurs.. Registry Defrag pulls this together..
