bashar
recently (exactly two days ago) i bought Samsung OMNIA II and for its price , i can tell it delivers the most stuff you want in a mobile phone got a good cpu (800 mhz ) with graphics accelerator 8 gigs already inside (support micro SD i think up-to 32 gigs)the Nice AMOLED touch screen it runs windows mobile 6.5 . so easily u can find apps for it doesn't capture 720p quality but overall the 5MP cam can take Nice images i bough it here in syria , it costs about 400-450 USDBTW : my friend has Xperia but i'm not sure which model , and he gave me a negative review about it
omodeling
Samsung offers way better hardware nowadays (Screen, CPU, Camera, ect.) but I'm just a little skeptic about its durability, but that's just me 'n my experience...
