Onboard graphic cards

The one on my laptop just isn't doing it for me. A friend of mine told me its possible to solder off the on board card, switch it out, and re solder them together.

If this is possible, please show me a how to. Or explain, at least. I have a few computers i dont really care for, and am willing to try on.

What he said- bollo$ks! do not touch no MOBO's on no laptops!

If anything, try disassembling by reinserting ram, HDD (and if ever so need to CPU + re'paste) but would not ever recommend even to think about soldering on mobo

It would take a genius to tutor somebody step-by-step online than doing it closely with a knowledgeable person.

I suggest you find someone who can assist you IRL ;)
