[ Will Not work in near future] Sandboxie

Not sure if this is the correct place and if needed:

Look, sorry for the confusion. I posted this. It was posted as guest because I not noted a misconfiguration in Opera browser. I not remembered to create a exclusion in opera cookies to nsaneforums.... since it logged out and i not noted. In the same moment I realize it, I send a PM to DK27 as you can see in the pic to try correct it. I not posted this early because I"m waiting a answer and i need sleep too.

For those of you that wanna use sandboxie without a fix, there is a way to create links where you can start a program sandboxed in the sandbox you want.

the syntax is: "C:\Program Files\Sandboxie\Start.exe" /box:name_of_the_choosen_sandbox

ex: If I create a sandbox named IE9:

"C:\Program Files\Sandboxie\Start.exe" /box:IE9 "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"

The only negatve point is that only one sandbox can be active.

really now. a guest unloading a link from no where. going to bed. let others deal with this

What link to nowhere? It's a link to the Sandboxie forum. The lead developer, tzuk, started a topic called Online Activation in Version 3.47:

Online Activation in Version 3.47

tzuk Posted: Mon Aug 02, 2010 11:54 am

Due to rampant piracy of Sandboxie registration keys I have decided to implement a new activation policy.

Starting with version 3.47, Sandboxie is licensed using new Product Keys instead of the old-style Registration Keys. The new Product Keys have to be activated online once every 90 days.

Version 3.47.01 should automatically upgrade legitimate old-style Registration Keys to new-style Product Keys.

During this transitional period, the online store for Sandboxie still issues old-style Registration Keys, however these will be automatically upgraded into the new style Product Key when used to unlock Sandboxie.

Hopefully this transition will go smoothly. Please let me know if you experience any problems.

* * *

For those valued individuals to whom I have given free Registration Keys over the years: I'm afraid I wasn't keeping track of the free giveaways. If you have a legitimate Registration Key that you got from me, please contact me privately and I will issue a new Product Key.

EDIT: This exchange was interesting:

Then I know what I will do the next evenings...finding the hole Twisted Evil

I expect you won't succeed. Smile The new activation system is air-tight. Of course it is always possible to crack software using traditional "cracks", but a keygen should not be possible anymore.

i just get tired of new accounts or guests with links for the first time. dont trust them and not clicking on them to see where they going thats all. going to edit and delete the above message okay. but it really doesnt make any sense if its a first time poster. just my thoughts. wouldnt a poster at least talk about the problem? anyway read the above. and frankly theat amdin in sandboxie etc can suck a duck. same crap abotu not liking 64 bit systems. :P

A member sent this PM to me about this same thing, information about the online activation and beta is on the official forums.

http://www.sandboxie...wforum.php?f=25

Beta released with new license activation required! nsane "fix" won't work.

I don't use Sandboxie but I'm sure when the time comes there will be a working fix. Microsoft couldn't stop us, I sure as hell doubt Sandboxie could. :pirate:

@@myidisbb:

I can completely relate to you, so I believe it's not your fault in being cautious.

Heck, even I scrutinize these things, both guests and members alike.
