new key valid until 01.07.2010, all I'm getting is 21 day trial

It registers fine here. Maybe you having had some sort of patching of the program done prior is causing it not to register?

Why is there always problem with downloading key (not file), got this message "You've already downloaded this file, please wait 20 minutes to try again." even if I try to download key first and not have downloaded any file earlier same day.

What happend?

If you're using Internet Download Manager you must add

http://proxy.nsanedown.com/*

to the list of sites excluded automatically downloading from (in settings -> file types)
