Bizarre™
cFosSpeed is a network driver, which attaches itself to existing Internet connections. It then optimizes data transfer by means of Traffic Shaping. Traffic Shaping is a method for optimizing the Internet traffic. It allows maximum speed while ensuring minimal Ping. You can use cFosSpeed with a router and/or a DSL-modem or cable-modem. You can also use cFosSpeed with other types of Internet access, ie. whenever you already have an existing Internet connection. cFosSpeed supports a wide variety of connections, like DSL, cable, ISDN, UMTS, etc. Thanks to german24 for the update.Download
dudulz
cFosSpeed 5.13 build 1678* The "Protocols" dialog in Settings now allows to set tx-limits as well. This allows you to set maximum send speeds for protocols. See below for "limit classes and filters" for a more technical explanation of the feature.x When uninstalling (or doing an update install), Setup will wait for the sdp.exe service to be deleted before going on. This should fix a problem, where after an update install the status window is gone. Thanks to Richard B. for bug report.x Added missing tracing from spd.exe.
