when I saw how much hassle was required to register the previous one, i threw in in the doggy's dinner dumpster

I don't get what's so amazing about this app at all...what makes it any more special than other uninstallers?

Windows Add / Remove Programs work just fine for me ^_^

After using 5.5 for a while....found it uninstall much cleanly than Your Uninstaller.

Just my preference, I guess.

I do love the monitored install feature of Total Uninstall. Revo Uninstaller Pro do provide the same thing though. But these two stands out providing it. A simply Windows Add / Remove would certainly not offer the same thing :D

But latst precracked version was a fail. Best option should be a crack to bypass internet checking.

Total Uninstall 5.7 is working fine on my desktop.(fixed line).

I've seen 2 working ones - both fixed with a serial. One is by ZOO and the other is a portable variant.

I follow instructions on _README.TXT, they're really simple (route -p add 216.97.239.175 192.168.69.69).

But when i enter license details, an ESS advertence will appear. First time i tried blocking, but it says there'r a firewall here. Second time, i allowed connection, but it says there's a firewall blocking connection.

So... is it normal? Do i have tons of shit remaining in my HD/Reg from older installations ???

As written earlier, on a certain post (if you do a little research in the forum..) .. The author of the program has some certain firewalls "blacklisted",it's enough if you have them firewalls running eventho you don't

have an internet connection..

The only solution to get this working (i think) would be.. to install it on a fresh WIN OS installation WITHOUT internet connection+firewall,and then disable the automatic update checking into manual in settings..

Not sure if even this works..

But the author of the program posted on his forum that you can install the software on any machine+register it offline if there is -NO- firewalls running.

edit: With a legit serial, you will have it registered,no matter what your firewall is.

Just tried the portable one on a Customer's system and was able to register the serial offline - without an internet connection. :D

You prob have to completely shut down ESET in order to register

I've read the firewall detection problem in some past versions.

But i thought it'd worked this way:

- Connection with that IP is redirected to my own PC

- Serial is valid (not if online-checked, ok)

- Serial can't be validated online, so the program would think i'm offline

- Firewall is allowing connection

So... TU is detecting i have a firewall even if i let it go away.

I'l try disabling Firewall, but it's the same, it could check if i have ESS installed. And i don't want to uninstall it, just to install a program (and next month, a new version of TU).

I thought this time could be different.

Check your portable version:

Tools -> Options -> Monitored Programs -> Agent

- Еrror 0xD0000002

No error message for me on Tools ---->> Options ---->> Monitored Programs ---->> Agent

However, there's an error message after uninstalling any program - something about the date format. This message appears on the non-portable ZOO release as well. So, I feel the portable seems derived from the ZOO version.

I can add some thing here... bit i don't recommend it (i prefer clean regs, just like Serial o KeyGen).

I installed TU Zoo commented by dcs18 (it seems to be a loader version packed in a custom setup).

It asked me for a serial, but Bruce Lee Lambert does the work. But it worked flawlessly.

Then i decided to try my dear nsane TU installer, now with Firewall disabled. It worked.

Then i enabled Firewall... and nsane's TU *does* work!

PS: But i'd like to know if it works without installing TU Zoo. Cause in that case, you should only change _README.TXT to include "Disable your firewall before running TU and entering serial. Enable it afther registration." in order to have the perfect method.

Interesting fact is it works irrespective of an internet connection or a firewall presence. :yes:

Myself sitting in front of 3 computers. As for Total Uninstall. On my left a FP install instructed one (a serial, a non blacklisting of key yet setup and some re-routing procedure required), in front a private regged one and to my right BBs trial-reset one from Coders Corner They all work :D

The ZOO installer as you rightly observed is a pre-cracked release - I doubt though that it contains a loader (hopefully not.)

Yhe one i intalled contains _Tu.exe and Tu.exe files, so i think it's a loader. But it works as you say, whether or not you have inet access or FW installed.

If there's a loader (zyberakuma and probably Zoo)... why isn't there a crack ?
