Does anyone know a similar software available for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (...) that would allow to download "mass" content from these sites the same way 4KDL+ does it for YT?

Since 4K Downloader Plus does not support Instagram for example, I'm looking for something that would download reels or stories in batches or when new ones are posted instead of trying and rushing to download them one by one before they disappear. Any suggestion please?

Facebook is supported by 4KVD. The 4KVD developer have separate programs for Instagram and TikTok. It's 4K Stogram and 4K Tokkit.

Unlike 4KVD, which is regularly upgraded, unfortunately 4K Stogram (& maybe Tokkit too) seems to be discontinued : support and updates are no longer provided to fix the ongoing login issues that prevent the software from working. 😢

4K Tokkit is still active, but 4K Stogram is discontinued. Now I'm going even more off topic, but you can try Instaloader. It also exist a GUI for it, Instaloader GUI Wrapper. But I haven't tested myself because I basically never download from Instagram.

That's certainly the case for Stogram, maybe Tokkit too. Moreover neither of them is available for download on the forum.

I love MediaHuman YouTube Downloader with its tracking feature to automatically download new videos from tracked channels, particularly for YouTube, but it sounds like you're particularly interested in Instagram which apparently is one of, if not the most strict against automated downloading, often leading to your Instagram account being permanently banned, so it's good practice to never use a main account and only use a "throwaway" account whenever using account credentials (login or cookies) with ANY downloader.
So MediaHuman YouTube Downloader has the ability to login aka "Authorize" accounts from several services including Instagram, but the downloading can be flagged as mentioned in the following link.

yt-dlp is one of the most widely known and popular downloaders (command-line) if capable enough to use. With the use of commands it's possible to keep log of previously downloaded videos, set a sleep timer between download requests to help mask not looking like a download bot, and ultimately setup an automated task to check for and download new videos from a channel list.

Personally for the few pages I check on Instagram I'm able to see just enough recent posts while being signed out that I can go to and simply download with my Internet Download Manager (IDM) extension popup.
But again, particularly with Instagram, ANY downloader that uses your account credentials (login or cookies) will likely cause that account to be flagged and permanently banned, so it's advised to only ever use a "throwaway" account.

Hopefully this provides some possible alternatives and proper safeguards.

You might want to give iTubeGo YouTube Video Downloader a try; I’ve used it many times to batch-download YouTube videos. Of course, it performs just as excellently when batch-downloading Instagram videos; all you have to do is copy and paste multiple links.
