shwescorpion
@metabeta According to your pic, did you set the RAID configuration? Try disable or set to RAID mode. OR How about using the default configuration?

Few things i tried like disabling CSM and hide F1 error to Disable (That will not show u the msg F1 to run the setup) and many things already mentioned above. And none seem to be working. 😮

Did that with a very high expectation. Although 4604 did upgrade to 4622. It didn't remove the flaws it came with. U know its only a week i purchased this PC for gaming. I was nicely playing Fry Cry 4 Primal. Although that didn't affect the game. But i see no reason to keep this pc with this limitation. It needs to work again and again. I think i will return this pc to the seller and demand a new mother board. No joy this time. Will keep updating. Also i didn't realize tonnes of people was having this issue. MrZeb
Hi, The prompt says to press F1 to Run Setup, what happens if you do nothing and wait?
metabeta
Just now, MrZeb said: Hi, The prompt says to press F1 to Run Setup, what happens if you do nothing and wait? Well nothing happens, it just sits there with that error. No pressing the hot key and pc doesn't react. Unless by pressing F1. lurch234
Have a look here. The first of the first three solutions might have some bearing on your problem. By the pic your bios is not detecting your drives. Had this problem when trying to boot off my old Win7 drive 2 yrs ago with a newly bought PC. Also a Ryzen 5 5600(x). But enabling CSM rectified this problem. And my drive was now detected. How does it look in the boot configuration. What happens if you mash the appropriate key to access the boot menu? (My lenovo is F12 or delete, I forget) https://www.seagate.com/ca/en/support/kb/the-bios-does-not-detect-or-recognize-the-ata-sata-hard-drive-168595en/

U see i h' been using this new pc for only about a week. And using a dual core machine which had XP and then installed Win 7. Which made my pc slow. That i used for 13 years, imagine. What to do, my old man doesn't do anything for meh. But i see u understood my problem and i realized this is a pretty darn complicated setup like UEFI compared to BIOS. Please see the picture serially. I feel u r getting right in the problem. That tech person, when he bought that pc, He said, the BIOS or the PC needs to activated and that happened only once. So after installing and house keeping. I totally ignored the problem. Picture : Please download and see for ur self. nsaneforum doesn't allow more than 150-250 KB and i h' around 14 MB size. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1U-MM-SBxottYYby5sYp52TgnFul8VEWR/view Awaiting ur reply. metabeta.🥲

Solution lurch234 Posted March 19 Solution Share Posted March 19 On your first boot option's drag down window, you should also have WD Blue SNS580 entry without the WBM in front of it. Choose that! For some reason I couldn't boot with my old drive while this setting was on (windows boot manager etc etc etc...) According to your pics, you should be good to go. It pretty much mirrors the settings on my (soon to be revived Ryzen 5 PC) which has an Asus MB. If that simple and abeit counter intuitive solution doesn't work. then I cannot help you further

MasterFaster
1. Do you enable everytime D.O.C.P. (A-XMP)? Better start the system with defaults, without enabling D.O.C.P. (Although the BIOS should have already changed to defaults after fail). 2. Have you touched/changed the ClearCMOS jumper? 3. Try to boot the system with one stick of RAM. You can try both of the RAM sticks one by one, and see how it goes. 4. Try to disconnect the hard drives, one by one, including the m.2 nvme SSD. If by removing them the problem is fixed, then connect them again, one by one, to find the culprit. Optional step: Unplug the keyboard and mouse and try to connect the keyboard and/or the mouse to different USB ports. Do the above and see how it goes. Note: I think that you said that you have changed the CMOS battery, so I skipped this step. Note2: If all these problems appeared after a BIOS update, then the update was not 100% successful. metabeta
Hello people. Sorry for taking so much time. As u see, i showed my problem to that mechanic and he said the processor and the motherboard was the problem. They didn't sync properly. So he replaced the mother board with GIGABYTE B450M K-CF which also happens to be a UEFI system. And the problem is no more. However @lurch234 and @MasterFaster thank you for ur time and concern as it was confusing a lot. So i cannot determine ur suggestion worked. Thank you nice peoples. lurch234
