Carolus
Matt, last november, you wrote that Thunderbird serie 128 esr is the last stable, and other numbers are for testing. Is that also true for this Thunderbird 136 ? Should we stay by Thunderbird 128 esr serie or update to 136 ? Thank you. (here, about 128 esr : https://nsaneforums.com/topic/461047-mozilla-thunderbird-12831esr/#comment-1843591 )

venejo
I have installed 128.7.1esr and it just updated to 128.8.0esr (not 136.0). On the releases page only the above versions are mentioned. But on the downloads it gives you the 136 version. I found out that you have to do it manually (to change from esr to monthly releases). Administrator Matt Posted Thursday at 12:33 PM Author Administrator Share Posted Thursday at 12:33 PM @Carolus Yes, the 136 version is the final version and stable release. You can verify that from the release note, and it doesn't mention it's a testing release. Also, as @venejo mentioned to update from esr to this final release must be downloaded and updated manually. venejo and Carolus
