Update old 32 bits Pc with Windows 7 Starter and IE Explorer

A friend need to update his hp 32 bits with Windows 7 Starter and IE Explorer to Windows 10.

 

Is it possible to get a link for Windows 10 32 bits? I belief it was free some time ago.  Since I have been unable to update Windows 7 Starter it with IE explorer  (got error) .

 

It is very important for my friend.

 

PS The PC had Windows 10 but I needed to restored to its original state after problems with the update and wifi drivers.

yep, indeed @Akaneharuka, for old computers, best would be windows 10 iot enterprise ltsc (22h2)

when try to run the ISO with Windows7 Starter it requires to burn then it to disk using PowerToGo.

 

I do not have DVD player.

 

Any way I can install Windows 10 without burn the files.

 

Once I used load (mount) Windows to virtual memory and run it.  I do not now if that is possible with Windows Starter 7.

 

Anyway I can copy the ISO files to the hard drive and run it from there instead of burn it to an external DVD drive (which I do not have).

 

Please let me know.
