It then optimizes data transfer by means of Traffic Shaping. Traffic Shaping is a method for optimizing the Internet traffic. It allows maximum speed while ensuring minimal Ping. You can use cFosSpeed with a router and/or a DSL-modem or cable-modem. You can also use cFosSpeed with other types of Internet access, ie. whenever you already have an existing Internet connection. cFosSpeed supports a wide variety of connections, like DSL, cable, ISDN, UMTS, etc.

Those who have already used this program, what can you tell me about it? Is it useful? Do you notice any better bandwith optimization or is it a useless tool? Could any of you tell me your experience?

One example. Before I installed cFosSpeed, I wasn't able to open a single webpage when I was running torrent client. Doesn't matter if I was seeding/leeching or not. After installing cFosSpeed, I don't have a any connection problems like the torrent one.

cFosSpeed optimizes and stabilizes your connection as per your internet speed and needs. The traffic shaping would take at least one week to work perfectly, but once done, it's great. ^_^
