Anarethos
Hi everyone! My first post here. I am mostly active on another forum where I develop a software to create recovery partition (OEM Recovery Partition Creator by Anarethos). A friend of mine there, Chibi Anubis, told me about this forum. So here I am! I live in Canada, Quebec (French s my natural tongue so please excuse my errors in English!) and I'm working as a system administrator (Windows). I am mostly interedted in computer stuff, retro gaming (Commodore 64) and love tech in general with a particular love for old PDA, MiniDisc and such things. I love also photography, mostly Polaroid and alternate process like cyanotypes. But this is a complete other story! Hope to have fun here and thanks for allowing me to join! PS : Completly lost in the configuration .... where do I select a profile picture?
Karlston
@Anarethos About your profile picture... normally you have to get to Member group to be able to set that, but if you post (or PM me) a link to the image you want, I'll see what I can do. (Sorted by Matt) Also, as a developer we'd appreciate you keeping us up to date with your software in our Software Updates forum. Please check that forum's guidelines and templates for help in formatting your posts there. (If you haven't had a chance to read the Forum Guidelines yet, please take a moment to do so.) Administrator Matt Posted Friday at 09:13 PM Administrator Share Posted Friday at 09:13 PM @Anarethos Welcome here. 15 minutes ago, Anarethos said: PS : Completly lost in the configuration .... where do I select a profile picture? As "New Members" you won't be able to access this yet until you get promoted to "Members" group which would happen automatically after reaching 50 posts count, but since you are developer, I have just promoted to "Developer" group where your limited access is completely lifted. Ensutie je marche dans la vieille vite et mes jambes me rappelle pourquoi! Thanks! Montreal here. I really love Quebec. Everytime I go there I ask myself why I don'T live there. Then, I take a walk in the old city and my legs remebr me why!

Just to be sure and not make any error. I should post my home-made software in "Software News" and further updates to that software in "Software Updates" forums. Exact? Or everything in "Software Updates" ?
