Popular Post DLord
Dear @Matt, First of all, my condolences to @Matrix family, you, and the rest of the forum staff. God bless his soul. After so many years we all understand the reasons behind the forum rules. But I believe reacting to @Matrix loss is a unique and unforeseen situation. Also reacting to others forum members' and friends' feelings/grief and messages is not only normal, but well deserved/needed (IMHO); same as you kindly did. Therefore, I'm kindly asking if you could consider removing reaction limitation for the mentioned topic. Hopefully we will respect and cherish his loss in the very place that most of us got to meet/know him, in a well-deserved manner. Many Thanks, DLord. Administrator Popular Post Matt Posted August 30 Administrator Popular Post Share Posted August 30 @DLord Thank for you for your kind words. The problem with this is that the reaction limit is defined by group, not per topic or forum, and I wish I can do as you suggest. I'll talk to the other members of the team to see if we can temporarily raise the total number of reactions or raise it somewhat indefinitely. Thank you again for the kind words and suggestion. npo33770, HandyPAF, flash13 and 8 others 9

Many thanks @Matt for your understanding and help. I also hope that my request and your kind solution does not result in any abusive use. (My apologies for this thank you post but I've reached maximum reactions already, so my bad brother.) Matt and shwescorpion 1

Let's hope so; if not, we'll reduce it to a smaller amount than it was previously. 23 hours ago, DLord said: (My apologies for this thank you post but I've reached maximum reactions already, so my bad brother.) No apologies necessary mate. FYI and all members that our servers time is UTC/GMT -5 hours "11:25 PM Saturday now", so you will have new daily limit reset in 35 minutes from now. Update to correct above information: According to IPS code the reset will begin at the moment you're reacting to anything. For example, if you start reacting at 1 PM to any topic, the reset will start after 24 hours from that time. funkyy, DLord and shwescorpion 2
