Remove Microsoft office key from one PC to another

In an going to buy a new Desktop PC and wish to remove Microsoft Offfice 2021 from the old PC to the new one,

 

Is this posible? How is done?

I don't know if it work, but Maybe just click sign out and switch user in Account option ?

 

Or maybe you can enter your MS product key in new computer without remove from the old one ?

You just activate in the new one. Once a key is used, you can't turn back. Usually a retail key allows up to 3 activations.

Office 2021 was just installed by Office Team and do not know key used other that it is retail.

You can get the installed office key from your PC by using a simple tool developed by Nirsoft. its free, stand-alone & very simple.

Product Key Scanner

Both will provide the used key on your system allowing to save it in plain text or other formats for latter use.

it support loading such information in offline mode (means remotely / WinPE from other system, until you can access the system registry of the old PC)

after you have the key you can reuse it while installing / activating new office installation on your new PC - only if you are about the install the same office version you had before.

you can not use office 2016 key on office 2019, or even different edition Pro on standard and vise-versa.
