shajt
A lot of AV's are detecting them as containing malware...it`s because they are packed with warez version of VMProtect. (pointed out by cempret and confirmed by tonyblair)Can tonyblair find a way to avoid that?@ Shajtdo you have an idea, why that?Maybe it would help if he can tell what AV's exactly are reporting it as malware  AV's are old news, that's why I don't use them.Version I gave you is not warez (whatever that means) , setup is original from their site, there is no crack involved but license key.If some AV is reporting crack as malware and if user is paranoid, he can delete crack and buy the damn software :)

shajt
I see it's 8 out of 40 , and you can see by names it's just suspicious or packed.Hitman for example don't detect it.All I can tell you is that you don't need to worry about that, it's clearly explained to you that it's FP.They probably (at virustotal) have those AV's at heuristics high. Why would tony make a virus inside crack  Wouldn't you agree ? :)
tonyblair
Thank you BLIND, as I am sure of the safety of my files (no malware, nothing suspicious), Now I know which AV (the 8/40 from your list which report a malware) I will never trust :1- Authentium 5.2.0.52- Avast 4.8.1351.03- CAT-QuickHeal 10.004- F-Prot 4.5.1.855- F-Secure 9.0.15370.06- Rising 22.45.00.047- Sophos 4.53.08- Sunbelt 6223All to the Bin. :thumbsdown:Fortunately Still 32 good product available, and this is more then enough. :P

HX1
Well I would like to point out that one of the main concerns could be from previous versions of the program being cracked and yes terribly infected.. I think I even remember the main program being cleaned of its files and of a memeater.exe or something that was installed with it.. in the past on different machines.. using various protections..I truly do not believe this is totally at fault of anyone here but maybe of tales past... Of all of them available years ago only one massly available was real.. the rest were pure malicious crap.. I think that truly to know if something is being detected it would need to be tested by software truly capable of properly analyzing the file itself.. Then discerned..Virus Total.. to me is a poor measure.. its like mixing fact, with speculation and incorporating the speculation as considerable.. With reason it could be assessed or deamed valuable but at the same time if the proper tools exist, why not use them.. and rely upon them.. tonyblair
The light you put on this subject is welcome heath28m. The first time I heard about this program, was a few days ago when Shought request a fix for it in the Coders Corner. So my knowledge is limited to the internal structure (assembly) of this software. I focused on how and where it handles the time. Thanks to your past comment on the importance of the server too, I succeed to finalize the cure. Now this patched file is protected from ripping by VMProtect.they are clean files. We are in a free world, if somebody is not happy with these files he can forget about them. But, I willnot release a non protected version. :coolwink:
