mp68terr
Hi, I would like to use some phone apps on my computer, no games, just apps. Did a check on the net, most is about gaming (bluestacks, bliss, noxplayer, memu, etc.). Is there a simple emulator allowing phone apps to be emulated on a pc? What would you recommend? Thanks in advance!

Thanks in advance! On Windows 11, you can just use WSA. Or imo, Memu is the best emulator. Speed and performance wise Shadowx and phen0men4
mp68terr
Thanks guys, better to have info from users than from 'reviews'. I will check those. The point I forgot to mention is that I use linux and occasionaly win7 when win is needed (two different drives). Bliss looked fine because it seems possible to boot from the iso, it did not work for me through ventoy though.

The latest build of Bliss OS Live from Ventoy and it works fine. Try setting your mode to UEFI only for testing the Ventoy, See if that works. According to an old friend it could be true (IRL that's why remain absent for very long time). For the record, I won't able to confirm (neither test) by myself (none time). mp68terr
As far as I remember I did not see any option for the UEFI thing (old motherboard, old bios and old drives...). Will check again. Thx for the info.

That shall boot it into UEFI mode

Rok
In my opinion, using emulator will make your PC ? Notebook slow, unless you have plenty of resources. The best way to use games or apps would be to install a Chrome OS fork or Android x86 on a separate partition (if you have space), otherwise just install it on a USB drive. mp68terr
Not much spare space on partitions, on a usb drive would be good as it does not need to be fast (app only, no game).
