Perhaps you should write somewhere it is just an update for version 11 build 165. Otherwise people may try to install this from scratch and they won't be able to do so because this is an update patch. ;)

Doing an internal update worked for me. Maybe there are different setup versions of the 165 Build? I had the latest one installed (had to reinstall the program after a fresh Windows 7 install earlier)
