So i was thinking that a lot of people say that proteines have a lot of bad side effects so I was wondering if some one knew if that is correct... Hitman6267 Posted October 12, 2006 Author Share Posted October 12, 2006 The object of proteines is to provide the muscles with all the vitamins and supplements they need to grow properly, i just wanted to know if there is any side effects, i asked a nutrition at the gym he said that there isn't any scientific experience that proved that proteins hurt the body in any way, so i wanted to see if any one knew anything bout it.
