Olexijl
Hello there, Guys, I have Windows XP (Home/Pro) in VMware running. I know it is not recommended, but I need the guest XP system go online. Which Antivirus protection do you recommend? It should work with VMware tools as well. Apparently most antivirus solutions discontinued XP support. What to choose? vyzzer
AFAIK, ESET Endpoint Antivirus/Security 6.5.2132.6 is the latest with support for Windows XP. I could be wrong, though. MrZeb
Why go on-line with an outdated OS on a VM? By default the VM is not exposed to the outside, letting some installed program access the internet to update or something will not infect the VM. Solution Radpop Posted January 23 Solution Share Posted January 23 Kaspersky? Compatibility of Kaspersky applications with Windows XP https://support.kaspersky.com/us/common/compatibility/15479 Full installers for versions 2019 and older are available here: KL product builds The page may appear empty at first. It’s necessary to pick an app at the top left-hand corner, then pick a country and so on, going left to right. Olexijl
