The newest versions now make you sign up for a free account even to use it. I'm surprised no one has posted about this. I noticed it with the previous release to this one.

Main up will keep to previous version 15.45.4. All attempts to get the updated 15.46.5 didnt succeed.

That's the case for all their editions for both structures (x86 or x64) including Quick Join, Quick Support (only the 32-bit),  & Portable

The only ones who are up to date are the Host edition both x64 /x86, and the Quick Support non x64.

That happens several times in the past.

cookies deletion didnt effect.

EDiT: Now partially fixed, the editions pointed are up to date.

EDiT 2: Removed links, it seems that contributing is a very bad willing.

@jvidal Following link from @m345 you will get the last version 15.46.5 !

Well, unfortunately admins decided to remove some of the links I provided:nono:, claiming those are the same available on FP, While thats incorrect, if links were better checked it was easy to see the difference.

More then that, even other editions that are not provided on FP were also removed, I dont understand the policy ............

I spent a lot of time in trials and tested many links to filter out the right links, and I thought that it could be beneficial for everyone to share the conclusions, I was probably wrong....

So,  if you want actual version, keep using the links provided on the FP until they will be fixed to something that work ..... or not.

Sorry.

Not true mate otherwise we wouldn't be running the site from our free time. I just removed 3 links that were available on the FP. This is why we don't allow posting same links we are having on the FP in the discussion topic.

I can assume that as Admin you are probably overloaded in moderation tasks all over the forum, and therefore you may not have the time and the patient to check every word in every post.

But when you see post by some members who are not newbie here, in particular when it reported that FP links might redirect to old version, I think its a good argument to double check before taking action.

Sorry, but I must to disagree .

First, you removed more than 3 links. 5 links to be precis including editions which are not on FP, I have a snapshot of my original post.

I am not new here, I am aware about the rules, I would not post anything that should not give benefit over the info already posted on FP.  I made the decision to post the links for a good reason, that I precised before, the links on FP are not providing the correct version.

The ones I posted were different which provides the updated version instead of the outdated ones by links on FP !!

This was confirmed by other member as well.

I SPENT THE TIME TO CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE POSTING, time and efforts for posting the info well arranged, so when I see most of my work dropped its very disappointing.

links seem to be working now

As I can see, the main setup for x64 structure is only to be upto date, all the rest are still at 15.45.4.

Checked on two different browsers which not share the same cache. and on different machines which are not on the same location even not same ISP.
On my side I already succeed to get almost all the editions at their current versioning, (8 of 9, omit the meeting edition since its not exactly the same product) only portable non x64 left.

Not quite right mate because I do check out the posts I come across, and of course I don't read all daily site's posts or new topics.

I removed 3 links only because we do have 5 links on the FP topic. I removed the 32bit, 64bit, and the portable one only.

Trust me, I and the @Frontpage Staff are very cautious and meticulous whenever it comes to FP a new update to any software. We do download and check every link before we FP any news topic. We do make sure that links are working correctly and linked to latest version of the software. We do make mistakes sometimes because of lack of the time mostly, but we do welcome everyone who report our mistakes to fix them.

This was confirmed by other member as well.

Only one member who mentioned the issue he is facing with the links, and we aren't the one who provides them it's the software developer.

First no need for the caps letter mate. This is wasn't attentional. All members work, time, and effort are very and highly appreciated.

Removing some of the links from your post won't harm you nor showing that you work isn't appropriate, but you're the one who decided to remove the rest of them. Also, you could simply just send me a PM if I was mistaken, and I would immediately apologize for my mistake because it's doesn't really matter if you are new or old member in here, we all make mistakes. We are just just humans who make mistakes and errors.

Well, If we consider that other member suggest to use my links instead, so there are more then one. and since I checked this issue over and over several times along the day, I am sure that the situation is the same for almost all members, I assume that they simply not checking to verify that the downloaded file is actually the one they are expecting to get.

Even now after 24 hours, the links on FP are still redirect to the previous version apart the main setup for x64. and this is not related to me only, since I checked remotely on other PC far from my location too where it doesnt have any cache or cookies related and still got the same results.

BTY, the number of links removed were 5, only 6 of the 11 were left. The portable version for x64 (which is not on the FP) was removed beside the regular portable, with both links for the setup and for Quick Support x86.

That issue happens in the past, and its not clear to me what make the difference. even some of the editions that I succeeded to download them at the current version with my links are now back to the previous version when trying to download them, this is related to x86 editions only (apart QuickJoin).

If someone else are effected of that issue and is interested on updated files I can provide mirror for all the editions, Setup, Host, support, join, & portable for both structures (apart portable x86)

Hello guys,

I'm the member who is mentionned above !

I confirm that yesterday morning the link for 64bits on the 1st post (flash13) gave me v15.45.4 but the link provided by m345 gave me v15.46.5.

Surely some times after my downloads, the TeamViewer team changes the links to the newest version.
