- Fix: handle column widths better on upgrade from older versions

Hmmm, my uTorrent v2.0.18488 (from 2010-03-05) is not auto-updating. When I do a Check for Updates I'm told, 'There is no new version available at this time!'. Hmmm. :unsure:

Hmm Night Owl, I think the title is wrong.. as 2.0.1 branch is still at 18833 as far as I know.. as the 2.0 branch is at 18620, so not too sure there.

The Stable download link do give 2.0 (Build 18907). I'm pretty sure it was updated in the changelog in the forum thread also. But for some reason they have removed the changelog for Build 18907 now :blink:

Ah okay, my mistake, as I don't use 2.0 / 2.0.1 so I can't verify and can only go by what i see on their forums. Sorry.

Before posting, I saw that the last entry in the changelog was

-- 2010-03-11: Version 2.0 (build 18620)

- Fix: dismissing pairing dialog is now interpreted as no. "no" is also the default button

So maybe they've disabled the update to build 18907 for some reason until they get things sorted? :unsure:

It's strange. When asking for an update (I'm on 1.83 - there is this private tracker I use that has not approved the current stable) You get this:

No word of Build 18620 :blink:

the problem is , recent updates of utorrent aren't compatible with some private tracker

i rolled back to 1.8 final

becoz the speed was going up/down like a stupid maniac

exactly the same thing i experienced as well so even though version 2 is released i m still on 1.8. first i thought it was only me but now i got to know that there is indeed the problem of downloading speed suddenly dipping to very low n then slowly rising up till it will go down again suddenly. i never had this problem with utorrent ever and since reverting back to version 1.8 i never had this problem again.

I like how they are 'secret' updates to the point that an Update/Change Log isn't shown for them.
