Hello, since my Office Pro Plus 2019 has been updated to version 2304 (16327.20248) when closing any office file, it saves automatically, and many times I don't want to save the changes when closing. I have the retail version that Office Team kindly activated for me. In the 2019 version there is no tab to disable autosave or check file history.
The question is, how to fix it or should I install the 2021 VL version.
Thanks and regards

Yes, but only the option to save autorecovery appears. I have even disabled it to check but it still does the same thing.

Thank you

Maybe a long shot, but have you tried to repair-install the office?

Sounds like a bug to me.

I have done what you have told me, DLord, fixing the office online and it continues the same.
As you can see, two offices appear in the applications and in the word, it appears as Office 2019 and below updates as MS 365.
I think I'm going to have to uninstall and put the 2021 VL with the Ratiborus tool. thank you

Like you said it seems like conflicting installations.

Could you uninstall 365 and continue with the 2019 version?

Hello Dlord, I have uninstalled the version that put .proof and there is only one left and the same thing continues. I have discovered that it only happens when you save the files that are in Onedrive folders v(23.091.0430.0001), if I save it in another folder that is not synchronized and I make changes, then it does not save it automatically when closing and it asks you to save the changes . It seems that it has something to do with the latest update of onedrive and ms 365.

Then the easiest option would be to save in different folder.
