How To Get Windows Defender Back...

I removed Kaspersky Antivirus 2021 from a computer using Total Uninstall and then Kasperskys program removal tool. After reboot I get the below window message. How do I get Defender back... I run Win 11 Pro 22000

Take this as my personal an opinion, but not as recommendation.
This error message indicates that Defender is disabled through Local Group Policy. Check it out and if it's true,  You can simply enable it again if You're the administrator.
Another thing is that you used Kaspersky and uninstalled it, now your whole Windows might be fully corrupted as well and it would be highly recommended and wise to do a Windows Reset.
And finally, never put this removed malware/spyware back on your computer and never put it even on your worst enemy's computer.
