Popular Post flash13
PowerISO is a powerful CD/DVD image file processing tool which allows you to open, extract, create, edit, compress, encrypt, split and convert ISO files. Obviously PowerISO is capable of mounting these image files using its own virtual drive. It's able to process almost all CD-ROM image files including ISO and BIN. PowerISO also supports the DAA (Direct-Access-Archive) format, an advanced image format which supports some advanced features like compression, password protection, and splitting to multiple volumes. They used to do it all the time with all versions, without providing any word about any changes, or even announcing. So its not clear if these DC release are important and needs to be considered or can be ignored. last one was dated 09.10.22, all the excusable were replaced by new ones. This time only the main excusable PowerISO.exe is replaced. Anyway, for those who want too keep everything up to date, its good to know. flash13

Administrator Matt Posted December 5, 2022 Administrator Share Posted December 5, 2022 @atgpud2003 always download from the main developer site because they have been releasing silent updates, and most of the other sites download same version (older) before the update and host it on their sites. This is why you will see different sizes. atgpud2003

Administrator Matt Posted December 5, 2022 Administrator Share Posted December 5, 2022 @101egdelwonk Some stuff could be false positive, and it's not an actual virus. For example, I downloaded the file and renamed it. Scanned it again. VirusTotal - File - 4b5eb895608626e5159c8aa698a560bfb5c97ac2724d2f4ccd507cada9f9fa23 It says 2 security vendors and no sandboxes flagged this file as malicious. It's worth contacting the developer in order to correct these issues. PowerISO Contact 101egdelwonk and shwescorpion 1
