Change a website theme to dark mode (black background and white text)

Hello, I want to change a website theme (just one website) to dark mode. The website doesn't have an option to change to dark mode

Is  there an extension or tool I can use to do this ? It currently looks like this

Try this and see. There is a site list option in it. Check it.

 

I find its implementation quite good. No need to rely on sites to give an option or do it correctly there.
