<img src="/images/logos/uTor.png" class="logo" alt="µTorrent" title="µTorrent" />µTorrent is an efficient and feature rich BitTorrent client for Windows sporting a very small footprint. It was designed to use as little cpu, memory and space as possible while offering all the functionality expected from advanced clients. With µTorrent, you can download files faster and contribute by sharing files and bandwidth. Additionally, µTorrent supports the Protocol Encryption joint specification (compatible with Azureus 2.4.0.0 and above, BitComet 0.63 and above) and peer exchange.

Which one do people think is best, 2.018620 or the latest beta 2.0.1 branch?

Hard to say... Currently I'm using 2.0.1 without problems... The 2.1 Alpha gave me problems witht he last few updates (Can't create a .torrent from .mp4(H264) files), it would crash on me, but 2.0.1 doesn't give me this problem.

^Just depends on the Private Tracker, as I know the 2 I use accept the Beta/Alpha.

Thanks for the responses. I've been using the 2.0.1 beta which seems to be OK and the private tracker I frequently use accepts it, but I know that can be an issue with some PT's. Guess I'll stick with the 2.0.1 branch for now then.

A few private trackers, that I had tried, I had asked the staffs, they didn't mind me using any version of recommended torrent clients whatsoever. :)
