mehdibleu
i used to create active directory domain on windows 2000 server and windows server 2003 computers a long time ago and i always thought that AD could be created only on windows server editions but actually it can also be created on non server editions as windows 10 but only on pro and enterprise editions and also only on 1809 versions and above. So you can create AD on windows 10 but the OS doesn't contain AD by default so you need to install it first to be able to use it, you can see in this video how to proceed to the AD installation on win10. Once AD ihas been created on win10 , you can see in this link how to add a user from win10 AD computer. Go to "ADUC for Adding New Users to Domain" section. Of course once the user has been created on the domain, you will need to join the domain from another win10 computer. You can see here how to do this.
