meohmy Posted October 8, 2021 Share Posted October 8, 2021 It appears that the newer Firefox and Waterfox browser profiles are incompatible with the older versions, does anyone know of any 3rd party software that will import a profile created in Waterfox v2021.09 or earlier(Waterfox Classic) into the newer G3.2.6 or Firefox v93 64bit? In the new profile, remove the password files; key3.db [v58+] key4.db and logins.json : These are the Password files. Now Copy those same files from the old profile. meohmy Posted October 8, 2021 Author Share Posted October 8, 2021 Thanks for the replies @Akaneharuka Unfortunately there is no way to register an account in Waterfox 2021.09 @Sharelol Waterfox 2021.09 key3.db is not recognised by either the later Waterfox G3.2.6 or Firefox v93 which both use key4.db Upon reading the Waterfox web site it seems, apparently, the first Waterfox G3 release would upgrade and recognise the password/login data so I will try and find a copy of that.
