mp68terr
What about a link to such YouTube videos with CC so that everybody use the same sample?
vitorio
Great idea!!! @mp68terr See below the link to the video showing the CC availability. If I load it with Safari in my IPad works flawlessly. The issue is with the browsers in the PC. Link to YouTube video with CC https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kg3Yu_FdxKA Just a yes/no if you can show this video closed captions (CC) with your browser. Please take the time to test it. Thanks to all.

vitorio
3 hours ago, mp68terr said: Yes (latest Brave browser Version 1.28.106) Installed Brave V1.28.106 Chromium 92.0.4515.59 (Official Build)(64-bit) but still do not see the CC (closed captions) text. So far I really do not know if it is my site or I need to modify certain parameters in Brave. Lets wait how it goes from other nsane members regions who wish to help me in this quest. Of course the CC shows with Safari browser in my IPad. Also if I load Chrome in my IPad and load the video, the CC can also been shown. Maybe a premature conclusion but I think the issue is Windows that is not able to show the CC with any browser. I will need more input but need your help, please. Thanks for your input. vitorio
[Solved] This really works for me: try Invidious instance such https://yewtu.be? Thanks for @rach,a friend for the link and solution. Quote Yewtu.be is an alternative front-end to YouTube. You can search for Youtube videos using keywords, or by pasting a Youtube URL into the search bar. Videos are downloadable via a “Download” button on each video page. Yewtu.be is an instance of Invidious — free proxy software for Youtube access. Quote Invidious is an alternative front-end to YouTube, Invidious does not use the official YouTube API, instead it parses the source code of the YouTube site to get the necessary information (such as projects like youtube-dl and NewPipe. Now I can see the CC text. The question is why this works and not CC text with Youtube.com? In my opinion is the Youtube API.
