Carolus
Yes, i'm confused, it was about Thunderbird and not FFox. The new Thunderbird is directly 91.0.1 now, but before was 78.

InsaneAl
Actually, I can see where the mix up came from for Carolus. If you've been using both Thunderbird and Firefox, you'll have noticed that their version numbers are worlds apart,, eg Thunderbird current is v78.1.3 but now we see a 91.0.1 on their download list,, and yet Firefox current is 91.0 and now there is also an update for 91.0.1... My v78.1.3 Thunderbird is not yet showing any available updates to be had in Help/About Thunderbird, but it's their in their listings alright,, so to answer Carolus' question - Yes it's a "jump",, a BIG jump, maybe even a strange jump, but is is there...!!! I think I'll download it but I'll leave it until I see the update button ready to click on first before actually updating... InsaneAl Thunderbird 91 is only offered as direct download from thunderbird.net and not as an upgrade from Thunderbird version 78 or earlier. A future release will provide updates from earlier versions. see changelog InsaneAl
