Can I update from Windows 11 Insider Builds to RTM when it's going te be released?

 

Also  can we move from Insider builds to RTM without a clean install?

MAYBE, but I wouldn't count on it. Ideally, one should do a clean install anyway.

Although the chances are increased now that we know they're just incrementing on build 22000 with CUs. It's not like all previous Fast/Dev builds where from week to week that number would jump.

 

So, if say the last Insider is 22000.234, RTM could be either the same or maybe 22000.235, and in both cases I think it would be possible. Maybe not officially, but possible.
