Browse to: C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\ 2. Search for "21h2" (should produce 16 results) 3. Sort by File "type" 4. Copy & paste each FULL file name into a text file ending with ".mum" ONLY (see below for example ONLY) Dism /Online /Add-package:C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\microsoft-windows-product-data-21h2-ekb-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.19041.1023.mum Dism /Online /Add-package:C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\microsoft-windows-product-data-21h2-ekb-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.19041.1023.mum Dism /Online /Add-package:C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\microsoft-windows-product-data-21h2-ekb-wrapper-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.19041.1023.mum Dism /Online /Add-package:C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\microsoft-windows-product-data-21h2-ekb-wrapper-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.19041.1023.mum Dism /Online /Add-package:C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\microsoft-windows-updatetargeting-clientos-21h2-ekb-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.19041.1023.mum Dism /Online /Add-package:C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\microsoft-windows-updatetargeting-clientos-21h2-ekb-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.19041.1023.mum Dism /Online /Add-package:C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\microsoft-windows-updatetargeting-clientos-21h2-ekb-wrapper-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.19041.1023.mum Dism /Online /Add-package:C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\microsoft-windows-updatetargeting-clientos-21h2-ekb-wrapper-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.19041.1023.mum 5. Kalju
You must just keep in mind that after that upgrade, you will no longer receive any other updates than the Windows Defender updates. These are the only ones. PS. it has already been posted and also tested.

I think that's not really true, I did this right after installing version 10.0.19041.1023 without internet connection and my machine updated after that, I have version 19044.1081 now as you can see in the image below... and in my %Windir%\servicing\packages folder there are not only 16 files with 21H2, but 72... Are you sure of this information? Happy Computing to everyone! Regards. @JeepWillys58
Kalju
@JeepWillys58 Well, now that updates are available and can install, Microsoft has promised updates for this version as well. I did this several weeks ago and on five computers. Then none of them received any updates, and when I installed them manually, everything went in, but the version of Windows didn't change, meaning they weren't activated. After disabling again these features all work again and also updates were available again. PS. Thanks for asking, health is not good, but it has not gotten worse. Dear friend Try to improve your immunity by taking vitamin d-3, magnesium, vitamin-c, change your diet excluding sugar, wheat and hydrogenated vegetable oil, also try auto-hemotherapy, it increases your immunity to 22%, I do auto- hemotherapy for 20 years and I have a diet based on natural foods, I haven't caught the flu for at least 25 years. I wish you the best always, and everyone here on the NSANE too... Regards, @JeepWillys58
Kalju
An update from version 21H1 to 21H2 have been available from July 2021. All updates should be installed before enabling 21H2 features and the Windows version should be 19043.1147, ie Cumulative Update KB5004296 21H1/20H2/2004 (July 16) should be installed before enabling 21H2 fetures. You can then upgrade by installing KB5003791 21H2 Enablement Package. It's small and takes some minutes to install. They are not yet published in the Microsoft Update Catalog, but are available for manual download. I have installed them on all my pc's and haven't still find any problems. So if You want, You can upgrade now. PS. All previously published was not true, it was fake/wrong info. Spoiler
