[Suggestion] Add a forum section.

  I think we can set up a special section to give blacklisted accounts a place to speak. (But there are a lot of restrictions on what they can post, such as: posts need to be moderated, only allowed to post one topic per week, limit the number of words, etc.) Here, they can post their own reflections and see how long their account has been suspended. They may even be able to defend themselves, preventing some error from causing a false ban.

  I think the significance of this is to give them a breakthrough to vent their ideas. Guide them and prevent them from taking extreme actions such as attacking forums out of anger.

  Of course, there may be a lot of imperfections in the idea, please forgive me if there is a mistake.
