The latest batch is specifically available for new Surface Pro X models with the SQ2 processor and improves system stability. The April 2021 firmware updates are available for all Surface Pro X devices running Windows 10 May 2020 Update (version 20H1) or newer. As always, these updates are rolling out gradually, so it's possible that these won't show up for everyone right away.
