flash13
WizTree is the world's fastest disk space analyzer. It scans your hard drive and shows you which files and folders are using the most disk space. It does this in the FASTEST way possible - you simply won't find any other application of this type that's quicker! Use the information WizTree provides to quickly locate and remove "space hogs" from your hard drive. WizTree features ability to find the files and folders using the most space on your hard drive at a VERY Fast speed as WizTree reads the master file table (MFT) directly from NTFS formatted hard drives. It also features Visual Treemap, with ability to find the largest files on your hard drive. Additionally, it features File Name Search, Import / Export data to CSV and a lot more. wolfie
I have found a bug in WizTree 3.38 which I have alerted the developer about. In the meantime, I suggest power users stick with WizTree 3.37. Edited April 14, 2021 by wolfie WorkNoFun
WorkNoFun
what's the bug?
wolfie
@WorkNoFun I use WizTree integrated with Total Commander - you're supposed to be able to launch WizTree with a folder path as a command line argument, but this no longer works with v3.38. Note, this may be a symptom of some other internal bug in WizTree which is why I don't recommend power users using it. Probably fine for casual users. WorkNoFun
That's hardly a bug worth "staying on old versions", seems way to niche and 3.38 is working fine for me and my needs. BTJB
wolfie
The dev has now fixed the bug I reported to him, v3.39 will be out shortly (he gave v3.39 to me to test, but made me promise not to distribute it).
