I always thought that such a scenario only appeared on Android.

I have never had something like that on Android. These things happening only with Apple.

But when I use an Android phone, I often encounter malicious websites that falsely claim that my Android phone is under attack or that my browser is faulty.Lured me into downloading all kinds of software.😫

Don't download any software that has ADV inside it or use ADV blocker. I use myself adguard, and it's saved me from what you had faced while using Android.
