problems installing programs teamviewer, symantec etc..

tried restarting computer, nothing works. never had this issue before.

trying to install some programs on a new laptop adobe acrobat and get this error.  symantec gives

teamviewer just gives no error and doesnt install, when i try to install again it says another instance is trying to start all the time and never starts.

symantec gives some error about 32 bit things and its a 64 bit installer

these are computer specs

Mostly it'd be resolved with Microsoft Visual Studio C++ Runtime libraries.

If not resolved, try sfc /scannow in Command Prompt(Run as Admin).

nope nothing here working. the scan did find corruption and fixed it but still nothing installs, looks like a reinstall job.

Might indeed need your OS to be installed again, or restored onto your new laptop. Maybe not installed correctly in the factory (?).
