vissha
First, edit your post & hide your Device ID/Prod ID in the last image. Mostly it'd be resolved with Microsoft Visual Studio C++ Runtime libraries. More info: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0 If not resolved, try sfc /scannow in Command Prompt(Run as Admin). or DISM commands: Ref: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0 https://www.ghacks.net/2010/05/18/sfc-scannow-windows-file-recovery/ https://www.ghacks.net/2018/03/16/use-dism-to-fix-issues-sfc-cant/

mp68terr
Might indeed need your OS to be installed again, or restored onto your new laptop. Maybe not installed correctly in the factory (?).
